Barriosol USA manufactures a variety of concealed structural components for a uniquely designed stretched ceiling that would be showcased at these high profile projects. These components were built, based on customer specifications, to be Class A fire rated, FM approved, and easy to maintain and meet the By American Act". In addition, to meet our client's distinctive design requirements, some of the components also featured computer-controlled plexiglass light boxes with rounded lights, ceiling access doors and panels, and printed backlights.
Using a combination of our state of the art, high tech manufacturingh equipment, we constructed these projects from a variety of aluminum and stainless steel materials. In addition, the ceiling components possessed extruded molded plastic profiles. Some Projects are designed to meet our customer's specific requirements for both design and functionality, these structural ceiling components were custom designed to industry standards and were easy to field fabricate. Employing our advanced manufacturing technology, our in house Molded Extruded Specialties division was able to take our customer's unique drop ceiling design from concept to reality. |
