Custom Design & Manufacture of Acoustic Wallcraft Panels(click on thumbnail to enlarge)  Custom Design & Manufacture of Acoustic Wallcraft Panels | (Acoustic Wallcraft) Acoustic Wallcraft Div. of Frank Novak & Sons Group Companies was involved with The Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and Museum in Cleveland, Ohio and construct control sound acoustical systems within the museum. This solution had to be engineered specifically to meet both the aesthetic and functional needs of their business. In response to their request, we built a series of acoustic wallcraft panels and mounting systems that were Class A fire rated, easy to remove and replace, and possessed a smooth, automotive type finish with no telegraphing for a more attractive appearance. To begin this process, we went through the submittal, approval, shop drawing, manufacturing and installation process. These wall panels were constructed using a wide variety of materials. Once we received all approvals from our client, we fabricated and shipped the wall panels to our clients location with most assembled for quick installation. Most importantly, our acoustic wallcraft panels fulfilled all customer product specifications and exceeded our client's high expectations for quality |
