Custom Design & Manufacture of Ladder for Petroleum Industry

(Ladder Organizer) Molded Extruded Specialties - Div. of Frank Novak & Sons, Inc. built a ladder organizer for Big Box Manufacturing and Distribution. This product was designed for the retail marketplace and, therefore, had to be low-cost and easy to use, with no tools necessary for installation. The ladder organizer was designed to be used by both professional contractors and homeowners alike. In addition, the product had to work in oceanic conditions, being strong enough to withstand both oil and salt-water exposure. The ladder organizer also had to be stable enough to uphold when faced with constant motion. Using a combination of our advanced equipment, including an arburg allarounder, a Demag horizontal injection mold machine, a Battenfeld injection mold machine, an IML automatic extraction robot, a Sterling Davis standard blowmolder, and a Rotoline shuttle rotational molder, we were able to build this ladder organizer to meet precise customer specifications. The product included a number of special accessories, all built in-house – such as a paint brush holster, paint roller tray, plastic roller tray, roller tray roller, electrical card holder, a magnetic paint can, and a magnetic paint brush holder. We additionally provided all necessary in-mold and in-line graphics and finishes. In addition to designing and manufacturing this ladder, we also partnered with IP owners to bring this product successfully to the retail marketplace through strategic partnerships. Using our advanced manufacturing processes, Molded Extruded Specialties - Div. of Frank Novak & Sons, Inc. was able to steer our client's unique ladder design from concept to reality – designing, building, and releasing their product to market.
